Paul came out to assess my dishwasher on the same day. Because the model was foreign, the part needed was going to be hard to find but he did his best to find it. Unfortunately, he couldn't find it. Paul led me in the right direction and gave me helpful info when purchasing my new dishwasher. He came out and replaced the dishwasher and hauled away the old one. Owner-operated. He responded to Yelp request and was the only appliance repair that could come out quickly after holiday weekend... and with good reviews. Arrived promptly, diagnosed dryer with a belt replacement. Also replaced a wheel and pulley that were worn. Paul really was on point. Online booking for the same day! Incredibly responsive. I can't say enough about Paul, he rescued our salon. He was quick, thorough, and affordable. He found problems inside the walls literally caused by our last plumber using actual duct tape which melted and the vent pipe separated. He found a gas leak within seconds of entering the building! He wasn't pushy or salsey. And the whole visit was only a few hundred dollars instead of 2000 like most visits. This is the second time I've had Paul fix my appliances. First visit he fixed my ice maker drainage hose that was leaking, today he fixed my oven that was not heating. Paul is your guy! This is the company that you need to use... Our refrigerator was not cooling and our food was spoiling quickly. I had called a few other companies and they were not available for a week and the ones that were, were gouging money. The same day appointment was $100 and worth every penny. Paul was on time, communicated at his arrival, was courteous and very very knowledgeable. He took a part the refrigerator and looked at every part of it to make sure that there was a clear diagnosis. I got a same day appointment so that was nice. He was 20 minutes late which isn't a big deal. But he said it was $195 to replace a drain hose. I asked if it was made out of titanium I decided to do it myself and it was $16 at Home Depot. Took me maybe 10 minutes to install. Nice guy, but seemed like the pricing was pretty far off. read more

When my washer stopped draining in the middle of a wash, I was stuck with sopping wet clothes in a soup of dirty, smelly water. I needed help pretty quick and was not at all sure what to do. I did a zip code search and took a shot in the dark when On Point came up as a close business and gave them a call. Paul was available to come out in about 3 hours, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem right away, after removing the water from the drum. When he determined that the pump I needed was on back order and would not be available for a long time, if at all, he was able to do a refurbish on the old pump right there and then! Everything is going great and I have definitely found "the guy to call" when things break down. He knows what he is doing and taking the shot in he dark was the best decision! Reccomend!! read more
