Anthony and his crew were fabulous! I noticed my tree was completely hollow and needed to be cut down before it fell on my house. So I got several estimates and went with Kings Tree Service, and I'm glad I did. Their cutter worked from a bucket truck and carefully dropped the branches on the lawn, avoiding damage to adjacent plants. I'd requested that the large hollowed-out piece be kept in one piece, and they did that (see photo). I also asked for the good part of the tree trunk to be cut in slices, then into quarters, so that I could use them as firewood, and they did that too. They ground the stump deeply and filled in the hole flush with the adjacent ground. Finally they cleaned up properly. Wow! Next time I need tree work, I'll call Kings Tree Service again! read more

We needed a 40-50 year old tree that was too close to the house removed bc roots could start growing under house. Branches and leaves would constantly fall off from the tree and it was starting to grow into neighbors yard. The tree also had termites and just didn't look great. I've hired Kings twice. Once a few years ago at a cabin in the National Forest. The crew had to walk one mile with their equipment. The second time was a few days ago after LAFD told me to remove branches from a tri-plex that I manage. The crew is super friendly, showed up on time and cleans up the mess without damaging the building. If you are on site during lunch they might share tacos with you. Have 3 trees trimmed and this company professionally cleaned and trimmed all the branches to the property line. They also sprayed the branches with tree sealant so they will not grow back. They sweep the ground and use a blower to clean all the left over leaves. I'm very pleased with the work and the owner Jessie came to inspect the work after it was done. There are very few times in life where a service is 100% on point from start to finish - this was one of them, and I had to share my experience. My husband met with Jesse a week ago and told him which trees needed to be trimmed. His crew (of 5 or 6, by the way) showed up on the scheduled day and time and got started right away. I judge people's characters for a living and I had a good feeling about Jesse after meeting him. I went with him even though he did not quote me the lowest bid. I had Jesse and his crew take down one tree, a bush, old fencing, and trim five other trees. As a service and no extra cost, Jesse trimmed the bushes and trees along my driveway. He also grinded out one stump for me without charging me extra. Jesse and his crew worked very quickly and were very thorough. This company is the most professional tree service company I have met. The son of the owner came by and asked if we needed service as they were working on a house in the neighborhood.
