I had a large tree half on my yard and half on my neighbors yard. My neighbor and I decided to remove it. We hired Tree Trimming 4 Less to remove the tree and the entire stump. As they were leaving I noticed the Stump was still there, I stopped them from driving away and showed them the stump and they claimed it was "impossible to remove because of the chain link fence". I protested as we paid for the stump to be removed, had someone else remove the wooden fence to provide them access to remove the stump and they simply refused to do the job. Over the past week I had two other tree companies come out to give quotes for the job. Both companies said removing the stump and the roots would be easy, only take a few hours and that the fence would not be an issue. We had a palm tree in our front yard that needed to be removed and although we loved it, the sap and dry fronds that fell every year became too much. We came across TT4L by complete accident. My mother and I ideally wanted a referral because it would give us peace of mind but we didn't know anyone that had had a tree removed. I called on Saturday and didn't expect an answer since it was Labor day weekend and almost everyone was off for the holidays. He answered and I explained what we needed done and he came by our house within about 20 minutes.
