To start, we ordered the Eggplant with Minced Pepper Sauce. This had a really nice kick to it. A pretty cool way to eat Eggplant. We enjoyed it. After that, we split Veggie Noodles & the Kung Pao Tofu. The noodles were great as I anticipated. The Kung Pao Tofu was cooked pretty well too. I was looking for something different from the Ma Po Tofu I'm used to eating as I'm getting a little sick of the after taste. This Kung Pao, like most others, has a combination of every flavor palette. Perhaps a little too much for me, but maybe if they could make a General Tso's Tofu, that'll bring me back to my memories of Chinese Takeout!
