I've taken the bus a few times here, and it's always been an easy process. Compared to other transit centers, this one doesn't feel as populated. I've never had to wait in a line to get on the bus from here. Also, all of the posts are marked, to indicate where to wait at for a particular route/bus. It's an easy process. I just love that this transit center is downtown, with bus routes from Seattle and other Eastside suburbs. It's accessible, easy, and never busy. Plus, cars can also use the lanes that the buses use for pick-ups and whatnot.

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

What a great experience being picked up at our north Seattle home, and driven to a restaurant in West Seattle during the busy World Cup time. We arrived all relaxed to meet our friends and for the return trip home, there were no worries about driving after enjoying drinks with dinner. As an added bonus, Abe planned ahead by bringing a step stool, making it a snap for me to get in and out of his comfy Chevy Suburban. Thanks Abe! We look forward to using this in-town service again!

Instead, we took the 522 from downtown to Woodinville. Took about an hour, and we very much enjoyed our worry-free tasting (and got some extra exercise walking from the bus stop to the tasting rooms, and from one of the warehouse areas to another. And then concluded with a pleasant ride home. The downside is that Woodinville is not the most pedestrian friendly place around - there are places missing sidewalks and lacking much needed crosswalks - but that's not the fault of the bus. ;)

We have used these folks for years and they are GREAT!…read more Completely reliable (always on time if not early), the drivers are helpful and polite, they usually have bottled water for us waiting in the car, the cars are clean and well maintained, and they are always accommodating, even on short notice. We use them regularly for airport transfers and have also used them when departing on a cruise. They do the driving and drop you right at the curb; SO much more convenient and less stressful than driving yourself, cruising the parking lot for an empty space, then schlepping your suitcases through the garage, down an elevator, across the Sky Bridge.... Well, you get the idea. Travel is stressful enough. The rates are easily more economical than parking your own car in some random garage for several days (especially at the airport), and you have the security of knowing your vehicle is safe at home. Given $25 cash, he more-or-less dumped our luggage from the back of the taxi, then told us he wanted a tip as well (no!) -- and when I asked him for a receipt, he said he'd get one. He sat down in the driver's seat, started the taxi, backed into our luggage -- nearly running us over -- and left. Unfortunately, my cellphone was in my carry-on and I couldn't get to it to photograph him or his cab ID number before he began backing up. Little driver, huge ego, terrifying driving. Totally irresponsible. Outright thievery.
