She was parked apparently in a wrong spot for the most 3 minutes, she walked back out and they were trying to tow her car. She begged to not take it. When she went out to leave to get her car it was gone. She didn't see the sign it was not very visible, plus she has to wear readers to see most stuff anyways. She had to walk all around to multiple stores to get the phone number to where her car is. When she called the owner of Fire House Towing was very hostile and unprofessional. He told us via text my mom was entitled. She is a very kind lady and would be conducting herself that way at all ever. The tow was 401.80$ She had parked there 3 mins and she was out there and they loading her car. She begged them not to take it. What a cut throat and Evil company. She is on social security

In addition to…read morethe rear axle work I had done there that failed multiple times (which I've written a review on) , I just had more rework done. Although this time I brought it to a reputable shop to have the work done as: 1. Bernings doesn't honor their work, no warranty. 2. I didn't want to go through the same issue I had with the rear axle, paying for repairs and then repeated failures. 3. I' wanted the work done right. The universal joint that was replaced at Bernings turned out to be the incorrect part which then of course failed. In addition, the tie rod end I had replaced at Bernings also failed. As I stated in my previous review, the technicians (I'm using this term very loosely with these clowns) have no clue what they're doing. And the owner, your typical con man. So be warned, stay away from Bernings.
