Dr. Joshua Clark-Fuqua really went out of his way to provide individualized care, and I never felt like just another appointment on the schedule. He took extra time to address all of my concerns, and he offered referrals with both personal and professional insight so I had options that actually made sense for my situation. He's very personable and easy to talk to, and he never talks down to you. I've learned over the years that the best physicians understand that communication goes both ways, and he really creates an environment where you feel comfortable advocating for yourself and having honest conversations about your health. As a gay man in the South, finding a doctor who is respectful and understanding of my experiences isn't always easy, but I felt completely comfortable and never felt judged or self-conscious. That makes a huge difference when you're trusting someone with your health and need to be able to communicate openly. I highly recommend Josh. And honestly, I look forward to the day I'm no longer his patient - because I'd gladly buy him a drink just to chat. He seems like a genuinely good human being, and that's not something you can say about every doctor.

She had went in less than a week ago to find out why she was sick and they just told her she didn't have COVID or the Flu- those tests were negative, that it was "probably bronchitis" and they sent her home without a chest X-ray. Now she's in the ER with an elevated heart rate, infection, pneumonia, and the ER doctor is worried it is going to turn into SEPSIS. This could've been avoided if this doctor office did their job. Do not recommend to anyone.

I asked if I could see a doctor because I had an infected bite on my arm from my cat. The lady spoke with the doctor and the doctor said that they could not do anything for me and that I needed to call the Roane County Health Center. I called the Roane County Health Center and the guy said that I needed to go to a doctors office ...???? Why would they say they couldn't help me? There wasn't even anyone there.
