The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

He has a gentle bedside manner that makes you feel safe and comfortable. He spent quality time with me explaining everything and made sure I was on the right track with my care and medications. Never been to an office where your lab tests are done right there in the office. It is so convenient and efficient. Results were back in a day to a couple of days, not weeks. That is completely unheard of where I came from. The staff are so nice, working well with each other and treat you with respect. If you are sick or have an emergency, they work you in quickly on such short notice. It took weeks in California sometimes even months to get in.
