Making an already traumatic incident 10x worse. ABSOLUTELY INSANE behavior by this lady. Her hair was bleached to the point it was going to fall out and her skin was orange. Best description i have for her. I didn't stay to catch her name before I told her next time you LEAD with vital information you don't SCOLD someone on going to the animal hospital instead of the emergency animal hospital CONNECTED TO YOU. ABSOLUTELY traumatizing. And our cat did pass. And we had to pay 400 for 30 seconds of cpr It was initiated and stopped moments later when they informed us there was no heartbeat. 100 for each medication given there were 3 and than we had to PAY TO RELEASE THE BODY and PAY for a body bag so 600 dollars just for them to tell us yupp he's dead and CHARGE us to give us the body back. FUCK THESE VETS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS THEY ARE FOR PROFIT. I DID NOT MIND paying for the medical care but paying to RELEASE the body not even cremate!? criminal *Edit the receptionist at the emergency vet and the staff were all quick and efficient they were an absolute blessing this review is for the reception at the main clinic THE FRONT LINE of your animals healthcare. Jerry's daughter took over the practice after her father passed. We have taken 4 dogs and nearly 10 cats over the years to her, the last two showed up at our house with terrible eye infections, and have to have the eyes removed. But, it saved them, so it needed to be done. We lost our girl, Molly a month ago. Molly had a torn ACL at an early age, and got arthritis, and started to gain weight. She then put her on a special diet, which was over $100 a bag, which was high in protein, causing more weight gain. The bottom line, she was heavy, and could not lose weight. Anyway, my wife found another dog for our lab to play with at a rescue, and we decided as a family, to go for it. We used All About Animals as our vet reference, and the next day our visit was cancelled because the rescue was told by Dr. Mcdonald that we overfeed our pets. WTF? Our kids are skinny, our 5 cats are skinny, and our remaining dog is skinny. But are one dog was heavy, and had the medical reasons to back it up. What a shitty thing to do to two little kids who took the loss of their dog very hard, but were excited to move on and give another dog a chance. Please do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere for a vet. Her father would have never done that, and I hope some day she answers for it. Stay away.

His Dog Ziti is there with him everytime I go in anyway He has day care, pet supplies, grooming & training. He also does therapy for older/weakened dogs with Hydro-Therapy and cold laser treatments. Paul also brought in Janet Mannear who is the one who does all the training. She is great! Between the two of them they saved my dog's life. (story below) I was the third person to adopt this dog (he was 10 days from his first birthday when I adopted him) He is currently 86lbs black and brown brindle, Great Dane, Lab, Pit bull. My dog is hyper head strong and just plain strong. When I got him he listened to nothing, no commands were ever taught to him. My hands were constantly bleeding because he pulled that bad when I walked him. My arms were complete bruises, not just a few you could not see skin color from my wrists to above my elbows, because that's what he was taught before me that is just how he played. Jump and grab arm with teeth, and try to wrestle. I also ended up with my wrist sprained, twice. I literally could not put up with it much longer and I had been told by the kennel I adopted him if this didn't work and he came back he would be put down. Most of my friends and family could not understand my devotion to keeping this dog and keeping him alive. I had offers from them to take him back to the shelter if I couldn't handle the hand over. I kept telling them no and I am very glad that that was my decision. I work in the Plains area and when I saw the sign go up for Pawsitive Pup I got very excited. I went in, talked to Paul and explained the above situation. Paul told me that there would be a training class starting the following week and I signed up right then. He also gave me a few things to try with my dog in the mean time to help me out (at no charge, I'm not kidding when I tell you he cares about you and your pets). I have had my dog (Ranger) in here weekly since the doors of Pawsitive Pup opened. Ranger graduated his 6 week Pawsitive Pup Basic Obedience Training last night and I am amazed at his improvement! He sits, comes when called, lays down, stays all on command! (well mostly we are still working on this he listens about 85% of the time now, where before it was 0% of the time) Ranger is so much calmer now and I am extremely happy to say my arms look like arms again! He is a different dog that the one I brought home exactly 2 months ago today. I will be signing him up for the Pawsitive Pup Advanced Training as soon as it starts. I am very excited to continue his training and socialization with Paul Janet and everyone at Pawsitive Pup! I boarded my dog here in June and was absolutely disgusted. When I picked him up he had a deep scratch down his nose. I assumed it was from a run-in with another dog and no big deal so I ignore and take him out to the car. When I go to lift him in he smelled so strongly like cleaning product and was covered with poop on his rear (this has never happened at home, he is a large dog). I go inside to ask for a paper towel or something to clean him up and no one comes out so after standing there for a few minutes I just leave and go put him in my car. He had mass amounts of hair coming off him so I give him a bath as soon as we get home and notice he has an ear infection (hasn't had one since he left the pound) and his paw paws are peeling off and cracking I can't even imagine what would cause this. He used to go into his crate no problem and it took 3 days for him to willingly go into his crate again. When I initially left for vacation and contacted them for an update it took 48+ hours to respond. This isn't just unacceptable it's boarder line animal abuse. I would never, under any circumstances take my dog there again.
