The decor was pretty similar to the Shrimper we're used to--paneled walls, simple decor, same menu aesthetics. The cashiers were efficient, fast, and friendly considering the number of orders they were juggling. We ordered several items, including (2) flounder and shrimp plate, a large shrimp dinner, a shrimp and chicken dinner, and extra hushpuppies. The sides on the platters included rice and gravy, fries, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Overall, the food was good. One thing I particularly loved was that the shrimp were CLEAN! I can't stand gritty shrimp (you know, when they haven't been deveined properly). Thankfully, that wasn't the case here. The rest of my family enjoyed their food too. While we may not drive a great distance just to go again, if we're in the area, this place will definitely be on our list. If you're around, I recommend you add this spot for some good fried seafood to your list.

We just had water, but staff constantly came around refilling drinks, clearing plates, and taking away crab leg shells, which made the whole experience smooth.
