He weighs about 90lbs and struggles with reactivity (excitement and pulling when he sees other dogs/people) and he did not consistently obey commands (especially "heel"). Elaine was patient, consistent, and very communicative. She took the time to ask us what issues we wanted to focus on, and then was able to come up with a highly effective training on the spot. She was able to get him to follow commands that even surprised us (including getting him to "place" onto a picnic table). And by the end of the session, we walked him around and had zero issues with pulling or reactivity, even when there were dogs and kids nearby. It was impressive to see so much progress in such a short time. Throughout the process, she explained everything she was doing, including the specific steps AND the purpose. She answered ALL of my questions with thoughtful and kind responses. And throughout the whole experience, she was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend her.

We trained both at home/outdoors and at a local park. He was so patient with Beckham, as well as with us. His directions were clear and direct. Our yorkie used to have a lot of anxiety, was timid around other dogs, barked at the doorbell, barked at people while on walks, pulled on the leash, and would sometimes nip at people's feet when anyone got close to me. Now, she is comfortable playing with other dogs and meeting new people. Overall she is much more peaceful, happy, and secure. We are able to go on walks without the leash and she doesn't get distracted by other dogs or people. When we have company over, we don't have to stress about her acting out! Cole's training has allowed us to enjoy our dog in a whole new way! He placed her in a small crate without water and locked in a garage closet. Necropsy report is in the hands of Animal Control Officers and we will get justice for our precious girl. She was in perfect health documented by our vet 1 week before. Up to date on all vaccines. She hemorrhaged and suffocated panicking in the crate. She suffered a horrible death. However, when we picked him up after the 3 weeks we were SO pleasantly surprised by the improvement in his behavior & how well he was walking on leash, understanding the heel, sit & stay commands!
