Our yorkie used to have a lot of anxiety, was timid around other dogs, barked at the doorbell, barked at people while on walks, pulled on the leash, and would sometimes nip at people's feet when anyone got close to me. Now, she is comfortable playing with other dogs and meeting new people. Overall she is much more peaceful, happy, and secure. I have been waiting long enough to write this review. My beautiful French bulldog died in Cole's care within 11hrs of dropping her off. He placed her in a small crate without water and locked in a garage closet. Necropsy report is in the hands of Animal Control Officers and we will get justice for our precious girl. She was in perfect health documented by our vet 1 week before. Up to date on all vaccines. She hemorrhaged and suffocated panicking in the crate. She suffered a horrible death. Do not use the trainer! Our dog would be alive if I hadn't trusted him. read more

Cole did a great job with our young stray Shepard mut. She was young and had no manners and bad chewing habits. She would had low confidence and would run away if you made any eye contact. We first met Cole Butterworth when we saw hi in Balboa Park working with a young beagle that was responding beautifully to his gentle demeanor and effective methods (off-leash...in a crowded public park...happily obeying commands...a beagle?!) I was super happy with the results of the training! I was really struggling with my dog's behaviors and was having a really hard time with training. She was also really anxious around people and I couldn't take her in public without it being super stressful. She did the 2 weeks of the training and came back so well behaved! Cole does an amazing job with his clients and is so great with the dogs. We have sent him both of our Australian Shepherds and both have come back with all the skills needed for them to be out in public at our side.
