We are so grateful to be here & are loving every second. Richard and Adolfo scrub our water trough often so that it's crystal clear with no moss, and the horses are always fed enough to where their body condition looks great. The attention to detail & care staff gives as if the horses are their own is truly priceless. On the day we picked him up, I messaged her to let her know when we would arrive to pick up Snapdragon, and the account responded with Diamond Oaks Ranch's contact information. A few days later, she contacted me asking, "how is the pup," requested pictures of him, and described him as "a very sweet pup." I am disappointed that rather than acknowledging our experience, the response has been to deny that we purchased our dog from them at all. I am posting the contemporaneous messages so prospective buyers can see the documentation and draw their own conclusions.
