There is not a lot of traffic in this part of the world, so getting back on to 321 southbound is not difficult. This mini-mart is selling BP fuel products. There is also a convenience store. I ordered hot lemon pepper fish with baked beans and a side of fries. The fish was fresh out the fryer and served country style, which means on a piece of bread. The hot lemon pepper flavor could have been a little more spicier but the fish was still really good. The baked beans were also good. It tasted like chilli pepper was added to the beans. I couldn't really put my taste buds on it so I'm just going to say chili pepper. The french fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. They were not salty at all. There are other items I would like to try so I will definitely be making another stop at this food truck.
