My first time going to Kinrgy (10/12/25) I showed up *literally* 2 minutes past the class start time (after having driven 20-25 min to get there cuz.. LA traffic ‍). The lady at the front desk refused to let me in even though I had signed the waiver beforehand, had all my own equipment and explained I had just driven a long distance to get there. She wouldn't budge. She said it was a "safety issue" which is a joke -- it's a glorified dance class with free weights, so it's not like you're using a Reformer or in a heated room where extra precautions may be warranted. Regardless, I already signed the waiver! To add insult to injury, another student had checked in right before me and was putting her items away in the lockers as we were having this discussion, so obviously was able to go in late. The rigidness of this policy and the associate's attitude was so off-putting that I won't be going back. Who knew being 2 minutes late would cost me $22 in ClassPass credits, an additional late fee and 45 minutes of unnecessary driving. Way to ruin a morning! read more

Incredible staff, been going over a year. More than a workout, has helped with releasing tension and energy through movement of the body that feels stuck. Also, built strength and tone like never before. Only 45 min classes too, making it a great workout to do on a daily basis! I've never felt so encouraged to get better, be better, and be loved exactly where I'm at. When I first spoke to Alina, I was in a really tough moment in my life--searching for a space that could hold movement, clarity, and safety. Gotta say, this place is so creative and so different than other subscription or package based group classes. Drop in classes are arguably cheaper than a Pilates class and their memberships are very VERY reasonable. I tried my first class and getting ready for a second one before I fully buy packages or class credits . The instructors are so nice and energetic and they really are so knowledgeable. The moves don't feel as repetitive as other places like Orangetheory or Corepower and they update / have new moves every once in a while . They are dance based workouts with different kinds of targets and styles and I find each class different so you can always switch up or incorporate something new in your routine. They make it very clear that we are bringing in positive vibes !! They validate for parking in the complex nearby btw and they have a water station for water bottles ofc The teachers are so kind and honestly make the entire experience better , group classes are so fun and I haven't had this much of a sweat in a whileeee, they make you WORK! read more

As an avid watcher of DWTS and a Julianne fan, Kinrgy has been on my radar for a bit, but trying something new can be scary. Despite having ehlers danlos and being on the autism spectrum + not being the most coordinated person, I love being active and challenging myself daily. I finally decided to give Kinrgy a go after some kind words of encouragement on Instagram and I'm so extremely glad I did. I've only taken two classes so far, but look forward to taking many more. From the guides to the people in the classes, everyone I've met thus far at Kinrgy WeHo has been absolutely wonderful. I've left both classes I've taken feeling full of joy and more connected to myself than I've felt in a while. If you're nervous to try a class you can start with the Kinrgy X classes -- during Kinrgy X the mirrors are covered and the lights are dim which helped a ton with my anxiety. Julianne and the entire team have created a community and an environment where you can be you -- fully, freely, and without judgment. Whether you've danced all your life OR like me wouldn't consider yourself a dancer at all, but want to try something new, I highly encourage checking out a class at Kinrgy West Hollywood! read more

Sooo here's the thing; the studio is nice and so are the teachers. I actually liked most of them to be honest! I just started a new position and for the past month I haven't really had the energy nor time to make it in for class. So I finally got around to driving to the location to cancel. The monthly dues are 219/month. I signed up with a half off which really isn't half off as one of the classes I took didn't apply but that's not my real issue here my issue is THEY REQUIRE A 30 DAY cancellation notice! Is this a job? It feels like a bait and switch as when I signed up I was told I could "cancel anytime" clearly not if you're trying to get another 219$$ out of me when I don't have the time to go. Very disappointing and will be leaving reviews on every platform. Stop trying to con people out of their hard working dollars. ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY. read more

This studio is amazing and immaculate clean, always smell like high end spa with helpful and friendly staffs. All the guides are motivating, skillful and knowledgeable, I met a lot of good people during my time here, it has helped me a lot with my inner self and so much more. LOVE KINRGY! The vibes, the class, the people, I try to go at least once a week, twice when possible. Its a must on Monday's with Haley, I miss seeing Willis in the evenings, and X is the best with Jen. I'm not the best at dancing, but that doesn't matter, I've managed to keep up and learn the moves, and sometimes just go with the flow and get the work out in because that is truly what matters. I get to chat with the wonderful instructors and have even made some friends along the way that I see weekly. Even when I don't feel like coming, I make myself come and feel instantly better. It is a safe space for my mental health, and all are welcome. Love you kinrgy. And a random side effect from taking these classes is that my lower back no longer hurts, so I don't have to go to my chiropractor to get aligned. read more

I truly appreciate the enthusiasm of the staff and enjoyed the classes--the energy was fantastic and created a wonderful, judgment-free zone. However, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the push to return and purchase a package. I tried to express my need to think it over, but I continued to be pressed in person, receive multiple calls, texts, and DMs which made me a little uncomfortable. I love their passion for the studio, but I hope for a more relaxed approach in the future. read more

Kinrgy is the first workout class I've ever liked! It's not about doing anything "right"-- it's about exploration and imagination, while also maybe burning some cals. They do a great job of building a safe and fun space with sick music and some lasery lights so it feels like you're transported and can totally be in your own world. The KINRGY WeHo studio rocks! The dance fitness workouts here offer a lovely mix of movement, breath, yoga, tai chi, carve, and ecstatic movement. The guides and staff are super friendly and create a high vibe, welcoming atmosphere. It's been great to be part of a joyful and supportive community.
