Let's revisit this review. As I lay in bed, I can see several more mistakes we missed. There are SO…read moremany!! They have made no attempt to correct this problem. No money back. No rework. Nothing. Except Chris ( one of their painters ) accusing me, a 62 years old woman, happily married 38 years of sexual abuse and said he was pressing charges. Ive got it. Before erasing the charges part. The sex allegations are still up. Looking into legalities there for writing false information about me. The house is the real shame. We had just bought this place. He offered a decent cost. Said he'd not charge for color changes. Instead he apparently lost my paint swatches and missed them together. The master bedroom is interesting to say the least. We contracted for all Behr products. Found Dutch Boy in the living room. The rest is repeated in my last review. I told them 2 things they didn't like. With all the problems, I said they had quite a lot ahead of them to finish AND told Chris his plastic painted breaker box cover was terrible. We contracted for a wood box and got some cheap plastic rectangle. That is what sent them packing and Chris accusing. Please know we had had 4 HVAC guts in because the furnace was shot. We were too busy to worry and babysit. So I'll check back in a few weeks. I want ANYONE that calls these hustlers to know what they will really get. Check out those pics from the last review. So childlike and unprofessional. If anyone would like more info, please just let me know. This is easily the WORST company I've hired in my life. Enter at your own risk. Hey Gary? I asked IF you had the paint. NEVER did thief come from me. I was busy ALL that day dealing with a broken furnace. I had no time to "belittle" you or anything else. The pot comment hurts, it's legal, I'm a med patient in the privacy of my own home. Chris brought one to give me. Get off it! You quit drinking and drugs you say 3 years ago. And slurring my words? Bald face lie. We CONTRACTED for a WOODEN BOX to cover the breaker. I told the man who accused me of sexual abuse, Chris I would try his idea. WE agreed that if I didn't like it it would be changed to the wood. That thing is awful!! Instead of his changing it, Chris starts getting upset about the way my tone was. The furnace was out, we were in a meeting with an HVAC guy when we were asked to stop and look at that his masterpiece. No it was nothing like I expected. It was then that you Chris and Jeremy all packed up your belongings and snuck out of the house. You texted you were grabbing a bite to eat. Never to show up. As if after being accused of sexual abuse you send Chris over to fix ALL the mistakes. I have just as many witnesses as you. Now, we will not agree but if Chris and his flat ceiling over semi gloss son are never welcome in my home. I did take a jab at their lack of cleanliness. It was horrible and was mentioned by 4 people that crossed his path. If that's professional then so be it. Now, we can continue the he said /she said or figure out a way to rectify the problem. I was never what you deem as rude. I said the strong woman statement in joking and you know it! Twisted stories. How should Greg and Ylanza proceed from here? Finish what you started and get out of each others lives or continue this feud. Something I won't do. The pictures speak for themselves. You can't deny one of them. You made this mess, come clean and correct it. Only Greg. If not you owe me money so I can have this cleaned up. Your idea was to have Chris Northcutt call and harass the hell out of me. Text AND voice mails to the extent of what a bitch he thinks I am. Yeah, that's an offer. Come on. I've got every one of them too. I can prove he was off the hook and did not need to be calling in the first place. Yeah. Step in! He was very unstable and talking in a weird voice.

didnt finish, left me without counters and a sink right before thanksgiving. Asked for more money…read morethen they agreed on up front or they would stop. They stopped.

Drawn in by their flat $95 sewer cleaning quote, my son and I hired Mr. Rooter of Peoria Illinois…read moreto clean out my son's home's slow-running sewer line. They came out on time and quickly got their auger tool stuck in a mass of roots within the sewer line. A camera was inserted which showed a significant root mass. Soon another person came out and quoted us $6900 to dig up the yard, remove their tool, and replace the bad section of sewer line which contained the root invasion, estimated to be 6 or 7 feet in length. This seemed quite high to us, but we were stuck with an open, totally non-functional sewer now, so we accepted. When they dug into the sewer line and we had become what I would call a Captive Customer, things got worse. They said that they needed to replace another 30 feet of sewer line at an additional cost of $14,000, bringing their total quote to $20,900. Note that this is in a very open and flat back yard with no obstacles. We balked at that terrible price quote, and they told my son that the high price was not their fault, and that the PVC sewer pipe they use normally sells for $1000 per foot. That of course is ridiculous, as it sells for $1.50 per foot at Home Depot. In the end, they came down to $15,000 total cost. They said they would include hydro-jetting the remaining portion of the old sewer line which was normally an additional $2200 charge. Since they had our sewer in an absolutely non-functional condition, we reluctantly accepted. They finished their work that day and said that they would replace the remaining portion of the old sewer line for an additional $5500. Since the sewer was now functioning, we declined. In the end, their 7 hours of work cost us $15,000 or a little over $2,000 per hour. (I will attempt to attach a photo of their $2000 per hour crew in action.) My son and I feel awful, as we feel we were robbed, and we let them do it to us. And they never did perform the $2200 hydro-jetting job they said they would do, though I would not want them to touch anything in our house ever again. Oddly, while we received an initial written quote for the $6900 job, we never received a written quote for the $15,000 job. Nor did we receive a written invoice or a bill. They charged my two credit cards a total of $15,000, and that was that. Oddly, we hired Mr. Rooter of Peoria, but the two charges against my cards came from Bloomington and Champaign. By the way, it appears this company is not BBB (Better Business Bureau) approved/accredited, and they have a BBB rating of an F with many complaints against them. I wish had had read the Yelp reviews and BBB ratings before being drawn in by their $95 sewer cleaning deal. Given the way they operate and their terrible over-charging tactics, I would not use them again.

Very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer of this…read morecompany for over 20 years and never had an issue until now. Our water heater went out, and on April 15, 2026, Bently installed the replacement. During the installation, my husband and a friend witnessed the stairs being damaged as the dolly was taken down. They immediately told Bently, who said he would inform his boss and follow up. We never heard back. My husband called several times with no return call. I called on 4/27 and spoke with Patrick, who added me to Shawn Ogborn's call list. No response. I called again on 5/27 -- added to the call list again. Called on July 1 -- same thing. I finally received a call at 7:07 PM on 7/1, but missed it. I called back the next morning and was placed on the call list yet again. Shawn finally called on 7/8 and asked for pictures of the damage. I sent multiple photos and a video. Shawn later claimed the damage was "normal wear and tear," insisted Bently used a tarp, and stated my husband never mentioned the issue -- which is simply not true. We had the stairs replaced with real wood last June, and they were in perfect condition. Another witness also saw the damage occur and heard the conversation with Bently. It's clear they have no intention of repairing the stairs. Something this minor could easily be handled through insurance, yet my 20 years of loyalty meant nothing. I support local, family‑owned businesses, but this company has shown they value money over long‑term customers. I was dismissed, disrespected, and essentially accused of lying before being hung up on. Truly disappointing.
