That should have been my first clue. He wasn't here very long maybe about 10 minutes. He didn't even check anything. He said he was going to take my external drive and open it up. The charge would be almost $200 and there would be no guarantee that I would get my data. He didn't know what was wrong with it. About an hour after he left I decided against it. I called him and asked him to bring it back. Has was here in five minutes. He wanted to charge me $70.00 and I said no. So he charge me $45.00 just for him to come out and not do anything. He lives in the same town so he didn't have to have money for gas. I know he is trying to run a business but I don't like the way he is running it. I called a few businesses but was impressed by Leonard's quick and straight forward diagnosis and his availability, as in, I have some time right now and he's local which I like. "I can look at it in a few days" doesn't work when your computer goes down=our lives now (for better or worse).
