I went to my car and opened each vape to test them out, and one of them had been leaking juice and wouldn't even hit. I walked back in the store less than a minute later (I never left the premises of the business as my car was parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE), and the awful people working there said that because I left the store there was now nothing that they could do for me! This establishment presents itself as "classy" but it's really just a heaping pile of trash! And the workers are sorry scam artists who clearly don't care about treating their customers right. I will NEVER step foot in that place again or give them another penny of my money. I URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

Both people behind the register were rude, implied I was lying, rooms me I should've checked before I left with it, refused to connect me with the owner, checked the vape themselves- didn't light up-same as when I got it home. Maybe I should've called them right away. But a business that doesn't stand behind their products is not going to last. So, I guess they can dig their own grave. Told me the best they could do was offer 20% of another one. So they basically just stole $40 from me. Pretty sure they're just in the back blowing lines of cocaine. Homeboys nose was in rough shape. Wonder if the owner knows how often the employees are slapping the, "" BACK IN 5," sign up on the door. Shittiest customer service I've dealt with in a long time.
