I found Smash when I moved to Arvada. I buy kratom on a regular basis for my pain from a bad auto accident. One day last year I stop in to get some kratom and the staff member offers me the new Potions kratom extracts. It's was pricey at $39 for 10 pills but I gave it a try . And guess what I'm hooked. This year the name on the product changes . And the staff members say it's not kratom . But not sure of what it is. Lots of people hooked on this stuff. I've read some posts that it has Tianeptine and phenibut. Because you knowingly misrepresented a product. And the ingredients listed were not the actual ingredients. You are definitely libel. I have a feeling a storm is coming your way! I really liked your employees. But now I know I was just being played. Shame , shame , shame Greed at its finest! read more

The employees are always willing to help you find what you're looking for, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything you may need clarified, and very personable/approachable. The store is clean and well lit. They have a great selection of supplies and their prices are fair. My only "complaint" is the location is somewhat tricky to get into since it's immediately off of Wadsworth so with high traffic it's a bit anxiety inducing but nothing you can't accomplish. My experience here was above and beyond excellent. I kept asking to see more, different price ranges, and then show me another option, my sales person never blinked. The pipe I ultimately purchased was put to the test as soon as I rolled into my driveway. I love this thing. Probably going to name it. Any suggestions? First went here to get a vape for some oil, got a pretty good rig and it worked pretty nicely but user error (lol) don't use that anymore! Then i brought my mom and she got herself a very good vape she still likes and uses all the time. Recently i went in to purchase a bong for myself and a friend and they had a very nice selection and some pretty good price ranges. I had purchased a faulty product which management agreed was defective. After explaining and showing proof of purchase she said nothing she can do and doesn't care. Her husband then stepped in and started to act in a threatening way. Lucky for him he was hiding behind the counter acting tough. If he would've stepped outside and acted like that he would've had a large dental bill to tend to. Never again doing business with such a poor company. They jacked up their prices as well for no reason other then greed. Pretty pathetic when you come in respectful and civil and get treated like shit. They don't belong in Arvada the way they treat people. I got home and tried to warrantee the product through the factory and was directed back to the seller. The seller refused to warranty the product as well. read more

Really great experience for my first time. There selection of shisha is just right without a lot of garbage brands. They do the Five Star rewards program there as well so that's a nice touch for regulars. The guy who helped me was kind and pretty chill so the interaction went smoothly and he even gave me a buy two get some $ off deal on my shisha when I asked. I always really enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I are up here weekly grabbing kratom and shisha. The staff is always friendly and has great advice. They keep stocked up on both shisha and kratom which is nice since other smoke shops seem to have a hard time keeping stocked up. They also have a good collection of regular (not quick light coals...though they have plenty of options here too) coals, one of the employees turned is on to coals in a bag with no label and they are the best coals I've ever bought. They have good prices on 3 oz and kilos of kratom and are always stocked up. Overall a great friendly place with good prices for your regular smoking needs. Bought a bong put water in it and tested the draw it was horrible and seemed like it would barely hit so I brought it back and both Alex and Griffin agreed that it was defective and warranted a replacement but said because they aren't managers or owners they couldn't personally do it and that I should come back when Russ was there so they wrote a note for Russ so he would know What's up and I came in and as soon as I tried to explain my problem he cut me off to inform me they do No refunds and insinuated that I was trying to screw the shop I asked him if he could test it and possibly exchange it for at least a pipe and he said no to the exchange before testing it and then he tested it but only to humor me it was obvious he wasn't getting a proper draw but refused to admit it. The problem with the piece is in the manufacturing the dowmstem that's connected to the inside of the bong has a hole where it connects to the outside if the stem so water rushes into the dowmstem. Russ buys cheap glass and sells it with no concern and refuses to to be an honest businessman and fix HIS mistake, every other employee is respectful but the store has cheap glass and Russ has little respect for his customers I could not ever recommend this place to anyone if you want glass better than at Russ's try any other pipeshop or at least a mini Mart read more
