We went over my intake form, which you can complete online to save some time, and she took me back to my room. It, honestly, is not a far cry from spas I've been to once you get in your room. The room was dim, smelled of aromatherapy oils, and soft music was playing. The massage was AMAZING and Tammy let me know where my spots with the most tension were and suggested some stretches (that's never happened at the $100 spas).
