They after a week they replaced the washer with a similar model, after 2 weeks and 4 loads of laundry it stopped working. When contacted they said it was out of warranty from when the original washer was purchased and would not stand behind their product. Brand Source contracts with Appliance Factory for delivery and installation. We were charged $175 as the installer "had to drill through tile" which he said was above and beyond a normal installation. It took him less that 10 minutes. We had shown a photo of the old microwave's position to the seller. We would not have purchased the microwave nor had the installation done had we known of this ridiculous upcharge!
