Absolutely DISAPPOINTED!!! We purchase a used front load washer and dryer set. We paid the extra money to have them delivered and set up I kept getting error messages and all 3 washers would not drain properly. We had to have the washing machine replaced 3 times within 3 weeks because they wouldn't just send someone out to fix it. (The 3rd washer was the worst! It was FILTHY!!!) I was so frustrated that I called the "PRESIDENT HOTLINE" what a JOKE! They just forwarded the call to the guy (Don, in Fort Collins) that I had been dealing with! He said his boss told him we could replace the washing machine ONE more time or give me a full refund. I just wanted to wash my clothes at home instead of hauling them to the laundry mat. I asked to have a 4th washing machine. Don said that he didn't know when he could get one to me and it wouldn't be right away but he would let me know when he had one, it could be a while. SERIOUSLY!?!?! I asked for our money back and purchased a brand new set for just a little more that the used set. I have purchased used appliances in the past because I believe in recycling. I will never refer anyone to this store and have already discouraged a few friends from purchasing from your stores just by telling them what we went through. They were fortunate enough to purchase WORKING appliances from another used appliance shop and are pleased with their purchases. I will continue to tell my story so that others won't have to be put through the disappointment and frustration we had to endure. read more

I highly recommend Appliance Factory for their excellent costumer service and quality appliances. My husband and I were searching for a washer and dryer all week. Most importantly we needed something reliable and affordable. After visiting at least five other stores and even more craigslist sellers we stopped by the Appliance Factory. After going to our local Home Depot and Lowe's we were unable to find replacement parts to our microwave and refrigerator. Once in the store the staff was very attentive in asking what I needed. I then was directed to the back for parts. Don in the parts department was very nice and helped me find the part I needed. He also explained that the part I was replacing could be washed until the new part arrived. I then discussed that we needed a part for our refrigerator. He told me to bring it in when I picked up my order and that he probably had the part in house. So when I returned to the store he was right and even gave me a discount for being a return customer. After 13 years without a single problem, the washer completely stopped working. This beautiful GE front loader is quiet, saves water, and has multiple settings. The clothes are much cleaner and 75% dry at the end of the cycle. The installation crew is outstanding. They took away the old unit and installed the new in just a few minutes. There was a problem with the first unit, which they promptly repaired despite the snowy weather. Two years ago a Neptune dryer was purchased from Appliance Factory which works great. I have purchased both a washer/dryer and highly recommend Appliance Factory. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable. read more

My gas oven decided to quit lighting. This oven came with my house and I'm not sure where it was purchased. I wanted to fix it myself so I ordered a replacement part online and it was missing parts in the package! I was under the gun to fix it since we have people coming the next day and we need that oven! There was no time for the online retailer to make it right. So I popped into this store and Matt back at the parts desk saved me and got me the exact parts I needed right there on the spot. I went here last week looking for a used fridge to replace our 10 yr old used one that finally died. I was impressed with the large selection right away and equally impressed with Don. He was very friendly, helpful and not at all pushy! Bought a used refrigerator for a rental unit. Fair prices, delivery and installation options, and Don Laurey, the manager, was helpful and honest. Appliance inventory varies, and there were not a lot of newer model refrigerators when I visited. Prices marked on units include a 12 month warranty on refrigeration (only 30 days on ice makers and water/ice dispensers). Very satisfied with purchase and delivery. read more
