Do not use this service. The first technician that came out was Googling how to fix my washer and it was not even turning on. Smelled burnt wires and he kept asking what the error codes were. How can you have error codes when it doesn't turn on. He ordered a new mother board and they sent another technician out and said that the mother board was not the issue and that he needed to order another part. He ordered the part and when it came in came back and said that the warranty company ordered the incorrect part when he was the one that order it and was at my house for 4 hours to just order another part mother board and supposedly other parts. Have been without a washer for almost a month. Paid my deductible and finally was able to speak with a supervisor today and was told that they can't refund me my money or deductible because the technician said that the washer is repairable. It takes 3 technicians to come out and still don't have it fixed and all because the technician that gets paid by the hour is abusing the system so will keep coming out and blaming it on the warranty company. The warranty company is not worth a crap either, Cinch Home. Don't purchase a warranty with them and don't use Sears for any repairs. They have no idea what they are doing. Technicians were great and were able to explain what I needed. The issue is I knew my circuit board was bad. I have had 3 boards in the oven in the last 8 months. I was hoping for an explanation of why they are going bad. I did not want just another board to go into it and cables replaced to fix it. Plus, the price to repair was over $600 for a 30 day warranty. I bought a new oven same day, 2 year warranty, newer model for $750. Your repair price was outrageous. Additionally, I am very upset I had to pay $125 when the technician did not touch anything and was in the house for maybe 10 minutes. I paid over $12 per minute. read more

Horrible service, was here to replace parts on my washer and damaged the newly installed carpet tiles in our washroom and also was not careful with our water lines running behind the washer and damaged one of the pipes and we now need a plumber to repair the water line that was damaged, the water valve had to be closed because it is spraying water now and our floor is soaking wet. He then rushed out and had me sign a tablet saying the work was completed but also that there was pre existing damage. There was no pre existing damage it was all damage he created. And I had to sign with a sleeping baby in my arms so i was unable to read everything correctly. Horrible dishonest service technician read more

Plus I was charged for a visit to fix what was wrong on the first visit. Now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back about this issue. please y'all don't ever use these pe again. They charged me over $300 for a job that took 12. minutes and 35 seconds to put the two legs back under the washing machine. there was nothing wrong with it besides having to put the legs back on it because it tipped over because it wasn't balanced right so I google Maytag repair person and they charg me $150 just to book it and then they charged me another $180 to tilt my washer and put the legs that I already had on. s please don't use them. Extremely overpriced. Door handle broke on my dishwasher. Called and scheduled an appt. told a $99 fee to come but it would apply to repairs if I had them do the repairs. Repairman arrived and since I knew what was wrong , it took him 15 min to repair. Part was $43. He then proceeded to tell me total bill was $385. I was stunned. When I ask about the $99 applied to repairs he said it was already. So $43 for part and $342 for 15 minutes of work. Ridiculous, I will NEVER use them again. And I Do nOt recommend! Rip off artists. Also was never given a total estimate just cost of the part. read more

I would give a zero if possible!! 1. Sears customer service is outsourced to third world country 2. They have no repair company anymore and try to contract with third party repair companies who don't want to work with sears 3. You get such a run around when trying to get a repair appointment and they pass you on to the "overflow dept" which I believe is in the ABYSS! 4. Your appliances are "buy at your own risk" and don't count on ANY warranty without major headaches and time wasted! You're better off calling a real repair company and paying out of pocket!
