Store is clean and organized, staff is friendly for the most part. I took my wife's Omega…read moreConstellation in for a simple battery change, a picture of the movement and also to find out exactly how big the band was. Figured it's a simple enough task for a watch store to handle. Well, upon asking if they could measure the band for me the lady was able to muster up a good look of disgust and told me she was unsure how they were going to do that. Really? (Pull a band pin out and lay it flat and measure it with any number of primitive measuring devices such as, oh I don't know, a ruler or tape measure maybe??) So, the watch goes into the back for the battery change and the gentlemen comes back out with *gasp* a pin removed and a tape measure, go figure. We get it measured and all is fine. 30 minutes goes by and I'm kind of wondering where the heck the watch went. Yup, you guessed it. Broke a link putting it back together. I get it, accidents happen. But I think this is beyond just a simple mistake. I lost all confidence in this shop and their employees. The guy that busted the link was incredibly sorry, I get that and it's OK my friend. Heck, I break stuff all the time but that's why I brought the watch into the watch shop for repair and service, not doing it myself. I wouldn't trust these people servicing anything more expensive than a Seiko. I'm giving 2 stars and not just 1 because they have some very nice pieces in their shop. The gentlemen who I can only imagine as the owner was really friendly to those I watched him interact with. One lady saw me standing their and invited me to sit down in her office so I wouldn't have to keep standing. There was some friendliness but lacked knowledge of what you would figure as simple watch repairs.

Even after showing all of that they still had to pull the cameras to show that I grabbed it from the isle and pulled the camera from the register where I did self check out at. I was just trying to get my money back because I did not want an already used item and they could clearly see that it was already used. Still did not get my refund back. Definitely don't recommend coming to this Walmart

Southside Walmart is trash. The employees will literally disrespect customers. Had an incident…read morewhere something rang up the wrong price and the employee told me she couldn't help me or get a manager because she couldn't leave up front. Then when I told the manager she was rude she started arguing with me I'm front of management. The manager Samantha was a joke. She told me that it was my job as a customer to pull her to the side and let her know my cashier was rude that I escalated the situation by telling her the cashier was rude. Samantha you need training. A cashier shouldn't argue with a customer complaining to a manager about their horrible encounters in your store. Matt you should make your employees take old mylars off of the shelf if your employees can't follow federal law. Samantha no manager in the history of life would let an employee talk to a customer that way regardless of if I said she was rude in front of her or to the side. She wasrude and so were you. You all need training.
