The woman met me in the middle of the show room floor, it was obvious that she didn't have a place for me. I was standing in the middle of the showroom floor, trying to discuss how I did, or did not want my bracelet, or my watch sized, until she determined what she felt that it should be, she literally took my jewelry from my hands, and took them to the front desk. I continue to try to reach for my bracelets, my watch band sizing ad she was at the register where she took my belongings and engaged with cashier and other clients. At NO time did she excuse herself, or explain. She determined standing in the middle of the floor the sizes, she went into a loooong explanation about the clasp on my Seiko. (Not giving me a breath to ask if it could be replaced) I left a fair rating of my experience and I then find my review is yet blaming me and ALL reviews I've left POST HURRICANE MICHAEL. That's the excuse? How my perception of purchasing, repairing, food, healthcare, auto care.... Trust my reviews.
