They also have the most enormous Dinosaur garden sculpture at the front entrance that is just spectacular. Big as a compact car! Over the course of framing numerous pieces of artwork, Bob has consistently provided thoughtful, artistic framing suggestions that beautifully enhance each piece. His passion for his work and his genuine dedication to customer satisfaction are unmistakable. It's rare to find someone so customer-centric, patient, and detail-oriented in this field. Unfortunately, this outstanding experience contrasts sharply with the front-end store management. On multiple visits, there have been too few cashiers for the volume of customers, resulting in long checkout lines and a frustrating experience at the register. On one visit, I actually had to put back a couple hundred dollars' worth of merchandise simply because the wait time was unreasonable. Despite this, I continue to return for the excellent service and quality provided by the art and framing team. Bob and his department deserve tremendous credit -- they are the reason I still do business at this location.

I was waiting in line for a cashier. Two lines were open and each had one person they were helping. I was next in line with about 5 people behind me, when they opened up a new station and the cashier yelled out "NEXT". I had a return, not a purchase and stepped forward and asked, "will you take a return". I got no response, so I took another step forward and asked again, "Excuse me will you take a return?". She responded very loudly, "I CALLED YOU OVER, DIDN'T I". I walked over to her and said, "Sorry, I was only checking because I used to have to go to Line 1 for returns" and she responded, quite loudly, "THAT WAS YEARS AGO". I said nothing further. I found the clearance rack and was able to buy a $60 IZOD shirt for $15. Most clearance racks in most stores are a wreck and mislabeled. This rack was sized and organized my style and color. It was easy to find what I wanted. The checkout experience was just as satisfying. It seems this store has very low turnover, as I have seen the same staff at this store over the past 2 years. Each person I have come across has been extremely friendly. They engage in small talk while getting me through the line quickly. They even ask if I want to keep the hanger. Service, selection (both in store and online), and price will keep me coming back again.

We understand we may look young but all of us are adults and telling us that we cannot afford their machinery is quite rude and unprofessional. If we were to have a good experience then maybe we would have spread on a good word about the company but instead we are here. So to the two older women who treated us like destructive 3 year olds instead of interested adults, keep in mind how you come off to people because this can be the result. As a business that is trying to promote their products, you should treat everyone with respect as anyone could be a future customer; and the lack of professionalism that we received gives an impression that this business is poorly managed and does not respect its potential customers.
