Visited the Alaska State Fair and was extremely rude to my friends and I. In one particular instance we were told that we didn't have enough money to buy what they were selling and to "go play outside". We understand we may look young but all of us are adults and telling us that we cannot afford their machinery is quite rude and unprofessional. If we were to have a good experience then maybe we would have spread on a good word about the company but instead we are here. So to the two older women who treated us like destructive 3 year olds instead of interested adults, keep in mind how you come off to people because this can be the result. As a business that is trying to promote their products, you should treat everyone with respect as anyone could be a future customer; and the lack of professionalism that we received gives an impression that this business is poorly managed and does not respect its potential customers. read more

I have one of their euro scooter trikes. They tell you it's easy to use but it's not. One, it's beyond heavy even when folded. A disabled person like myself can't lift into a car or down the stairs alone. Their response/solution is to take the battery out of the bottom. Great. that is also not easy. No one wants to take 10+ mins to get in and another 10+mins to get out. Two, when you fold the steering column down to make it "easier". Sometimes when you unfold it, the whole scooter won't power on because a wire gets lose and it requires someone with electrical knowledge to know how to fix it. That's after calling and having cuztomer service walk us through it because "it happens all the time." Maybe someone should fix that. Last but not least in any way. The man at the rv show who sells them. Is super super rude. I mean mind boggling rude. I was asking questions and he goes "you have an attitude". Then walk away to help a white lady. The only attitude I had was telling him that I can't lift that." Oh and being black. Moral of the story, don't buy for this company. They have an attitude read more

I contacted Euroshine and they sent one fast after verifying our purchase. Soon after I discovered the fan in the charger went bad and once again they sent another expeditiously. This is regarding a replacement 48 v replacement battery for the scooter. First, the old battery wouldn't come out. I called Customer Service and they told me to take the screws out removing the top, and then to pry out the individual batteries inside the case. They said that probably the batteries has swollen. Fine. We did that. It was an ordeal but possible. Imagine our surprise when the new battery case wouldn't fit into the slot! We cut off pieces of the plastic frame of the opening to try and fit it in. Wouldn't fit. We tried to take the floor up completely and wiggled and wrangled and still couldn't get it all the way in. Finally, we decided it would just have to stick out of the opening for an inch or two, so we put the floor down without the cover to the opening. But when we stood on the floor, it finally popped down. What a hassle!! Now we can't imagine how difficult this one will be to break apart when we need to get it out. I am giving two stars instead of one because the battery is working in the scooter. At least it is not dead! (We have replaced multiple batteries in the past on 3 different scooters and have never had a problem with the size.) read more

Poor customer service. I ordered two batteries and one arrived with a cracked casing. I emailed euroshine to return the damaged battery and was told they'll send a new case for me to repair myself. After a few back and forth emails, with no results, I put a claim into UPS. In my final email I told euroshine customer service it was not my responsibility to repair anything. I should receive an undamaged product and any repairs or replacements needed was their responsibility not mine. Finally they sent another complete battery undamaged. Every shipment was packed the same so I cant help to wonder if they sent a damaged one in the first place. UPS picked up the damaged one and sent it back to euroshine. I'll let UPS and euroshine fight it out. read more

I take my scooter everywhere with me and it's changed my life. One of the biggest reasons I went with a euro scooter instead of the other scooters I've seen at other shows is because of the battery. I've heard pretty awful things about lithium batteries catching peoples houses on fire - so I wanted to make sure this scooter was safe as possible. I was assured by my sales rep that the sealed lead acid battery was safe for the home and also travel. and I've had my scooter for probably about a year now without any issues at all. Bought two of the Year Euro scooters from one of the home shows in Phoenix. One was delivered without break at attachment. Tried to call the company and never got a response. Once I finally did reach someone after going back to another home show I was told that it was our fault it was like that that there was no way it could have come that way. Tires go flat very quickly. Very poor service very poor customer service. No one in the area apparently to service the scooter if something goes wrong. Would not recommend at all. If I could give zero Stars I would read more

I bought 2 of the Euroshine scooters at the Del Mar Fair. My husband's scooter seat broken off at the base...in traffic...7 months after purchase. He was hurt in the fall. The company was less than helpful and insist this problem was not typical. The seat post was welded back on. My husband was flipped backwards off the scooter, when backing up. He got a concussion. I wanted to get rid of that scooter, but it was his only transportation at the time. Last month, the main shaft (3" tubing) attached to the handlebars and front wheel 'tore' almost completely through, dumping my husband on the road again. The second scooter was a gift to my sister-in-law. Her scooter seat broke off this week in the same place as the other scooter. This is NOT A COINCIDENCE!!! There are serious metal fatigue issues with this scooter. It should NOT BE SOLD TO ANYONE. It is a danger to the rider. DON'T BUY IT! read more

I bought a 10ft charging cable at the Del Mar Fair. It wouldn't charge my phone or my Ipad; in fact, I lost some charge while it was plugged in. I emailed the company, and they told me to mail them the cord (at my expense, of course) and they would send another. Whether that one works any better remains to be seen. I Bought 4 euro's , Yes 4.. at the Alameda County, two I Gave away, they gave them Back, as long as your on straight flat ground, your OK ... anything else you've got no traction ...Tip's right or left too Easy, in turns, you have to make Square Corners... flip over Backwards in slight Climb, done this several times... Scooter is real light in front, mostly I put as much weight in front as I Can, the tool box and all my daily Needs in a Back Pack to Weight it down, the more weight in the front he better the Grip... , Rain Forget it, the Front slides all over, battery life is not like the ad states, Does not do 22 mph as stated more like 14, but that's better than most... the seat a bicycle type, changed it out, hard as a Rock after short trips, the pipe, the seat sets on snapped off after 2 weeks, has been re-welded 3 times, need's to be reinforced so, I did, that help a lot... put on a Sch 40 1'3/8 pipe... You need to work on this yourself, NO Dealers will touch this scooter, so i do all the necessary maintenance myself, it is Not maintenance free... Accessory's there are None to be used here...NONE WORK All FAIL... replace a light.. bulb ... MAJOR JOB ... pull the power cable off the battery's, on any work your doing ... any work ... you're a Home and Garden company? i first saw you at the St Petersburg home show at Tropican field a few months ago(2017). you were selling iphone charge cords(10 ft long!). sweet! i bought one. took it home, plugged it in. right away a problem. the cord would not stay on the phone. it would fall right out. i called, emailed...send check for $4.95 and will send you another one. i sent the check. took 2 days. called a few days later...where's my cord? we wait 10 days till the check clears. ok.. two days later...hey! you cashed my check. are you sending my cord? yeah we'll send it..still no cord after another 2 days. it only took two days for my cord to get to you. how long does it take for your cord to get to me?? 4 days later i get my cord. now this one doesn't work either. it doesn't stay connected. you practically have to hold it in firm for it to charge. i email back. no reply. i email again..so that's where i'm at. you guys should just stick to gardening. bad company! i wondering if they get complaints from their home & garden customers. i dealt with a person named Jen. kinda sweet but i have a feeling she really doesn't give a damn. read more
