What I'd love to see more of, though, is a bit more kid-friendly options for those with little ones. We do enjoy the small green lawn near the fountain! But maybe some restaurants that have a centralized courtyard where kids can roam free. There's also some room for improvement to add less chainy spots and more local mom and pops to support.

And I should have been done already, but also went to Macy's and found even more stuff there. The choices seemed endless, but with a tight schedule, I was really limited to where I can go and what to do. But at least I found what I needed. One can kill time just by being here. There was a slight language barrier between him and me, but they handled it gracefully, never rushed, always attentive, and they made sure communication was smooth by assisting with translation as needed. You could tell he took pride in what he does and wanted to get it right. The shaping, fit, and attention to detail here were outstanding. I find the same shoes online at a major department store marked up. Here i recently purchased some Puma wedge sneakers for less than the price I saw online, let's just say that particular store is also in Firewheel. The service here, there are not very many representatives on the floor, but you do find them behind the checkout counter. You can tell they work because the presentation of shoes and displays all look well done.

They REFUSED a refund for us. Called two other jewelers stores and found out sales and Kay's BOTH offer full refunds within 30 days if the person doesnt like it. My wife couldn't find ANYTHING she liked this store OR online, Add to this that when I BOUGHT the necklace, the sales lady told me if she hadn't worn it out I could return it FOR A REFUND. Bunch of liars and scammers!! Now we're stuck with a $1500 necklace she will never wear! I wil NEVER return here or recommend them to ANYONE. VERY ANGRY!!!! We're currently contemplating suing them as well.
