While the delivery team was very respectful of my property and professional, later that day, I noticed a chunk of wood had been chipped off the front leg. I filed a claim with the maintenance plan. The plan denied the claim as they don't cover delivery. I get that. A day or two later, I got a call from my sales associate, checking on our satisfaction with our purchase. I mentioned the damage and she set customer service in motion! Within a few hours, I got a call requesting photos, a call to schedule a technician, and two days later a skilled technician was able to set and glue the missing chunk and then color the edges. I felt like I was being treated like family as it was evident that my satisfaction was the priority. All this was at no additional charge to me! Well done, Penny Mustard!

Each time I was told that they would send me new plates to replace the broken ones and both times they would not give me a confirmation number or an email with a confirmation. This company is not honest and the people who are their customer service representatives are trained very badly or they just do not care. I guess I will just give up and go to the store and purchase the plates I need to complete my collection. Do not use this companies delivery service it does not work, only purchase from the store. I was really disappointment in the quality of the delivery, and flimsy packaging. I am surprised all of my dishes were not broken. Proceed with caution.

However, their lender TD Bank accidentally charged my account $125 interest which was stressful. Although the fee was eventually reversed so turned out all good. Only other issue I'm still not sure about was being charged a $99 removal fee during the "trade in sale" so feel over charged.
