While the delivery team was very respectful of my property and professional, later that day, I noticed a chunk of wood had been chipped off the front leg. I filed a claim with the maintenance plan. The plan denied the claim as they don't cover delivery. I get that. A day or two later, I got a call from my sales associate, checking on our satisfaction with our purchase. I mentioned the damage and she set customer service in motion! Within a few hours, I got a call requesting photos, a call to schedule a technician, and two days later a skilled technician was able to set and glue the missing chunk and then color the edges. I felt like I was being treated like family as it was evident that my satisfaction was the priority. All this was at no additional charge to me! Well done, Penny Mustard!

This company is not honest and the people who are their customer service representatives are trained very badly or they just do not care. I guess I will just give up and go to the store and purchase the plates I need to complete my collection. Do not use this companies delivery service it does not work, only purchase from the store. I was really disappointment in the quality of the delivery, and flimsy packaging. I am surprised all of my dishes were not broken. Proceed with caution.
