I think I walked around the tents and inside the showroom for about an hour. Since this was a big event, they had more than enough (at least 20) salespeople wandering around. Each one I passed said "Hello" or "How ya' doin'?" Very polite. But NOT ONE SALESPERSON OFFERED TO HELP ME OR ASK ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. And there were plenty sitting and walking around. I called for replacements and they want me to send all of the broken plates back. Certainly, I had thrown them away because they became sharp shards of glass. Each time I was told that they would send me new plates to replace the broken ones and both times they would not give me a confirmation number or an email with a confirmation. This company is not honest and the people who are their customer service representatives are trained very badly or they just do not care. I guess I will just give up and go to the store and purchase the plates I need to complete my collection. Do not use this companies delivery service it does not work, only purchase from the store. I was really disappointment in the quality of the delivery, and flimsy packaging. I am surprised all of my dishes were not broken. Proceed with caution.
