They sell reasonably priced socks there if needed. The restrooms are kept very clean, with changing tables in both men's and women's sides, and toddler accessible potties and sinks. Located on a quiet end of the building, there's plenty of free parking. They have a little cafe area, offering coffees and other beverage and snack options, including dye free candies! I've had the caramel coffee a couple of times; made to order, so it was hot and fresh! They use oat milk instead of dairy. It can get very busy at peak times like midmorning on a Saturday, but we've been there later in the afternoon when it has been practically empty as well. A single play pass has no time limit; my kiddos stayed for 3 hours before I dragged them out! They also offer multi pass packages at a discounted rate and monthly memberships. The membership grants unlimited visits. We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was a perfect venue for the kids to run around and have fun, but still easily find everyone to gather for cake and pizza. The private party room has some colorful decorations that we felt were sufficient without needing to bring anything extra, although they do allow you to bring in your own decorations. They also provided high chairs for our baby friends who joined the celebration! They assign a party coordinator who helps you get set up, then cleaned up at the end of your party. The rental time is only regarding use of the private room; guests are allowed to stay as long as they want beyond the party time to continue the fun! We were allowed to bring in our own food and drinks. There are optional add-ons for party packages, including juice boxes for kids, coffees for adults, gift bags, candy bar, etc.

Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

The best feature is the huge, flat loop around the playground that's perfect for scooters, balance bikes, and bicycles. My kids could have stayed on it for hours. There's also a large pavilion right next to the playground with plenty of picnic tables. It's nice to be able to sit in the shade while watching the kids play or enjoy lunch there. The restrooms were clean, and parking couldn't be easier. There's a large parking lot right next to the playground, but it's set back far enough that I didn't have to worry about my kids being close to traffic. The only downside is the lack of shade around much of the playground. On a hot, sunny day, it can get VERY warm, so I'd recommend visiting earlier in the morning or later in the evening.
