I had no idea that several years (and several addresses) later, I'd travel "over the river and through the woods" just to make sure my car is cared for by these guys only! This is a family run business where the staff knows their customers by first name and they remember your car when you call them on the phone to make an appointment. They return your car to you in better condition than it was when you dropped it off. One time, they even touched up some scratches on the side of my beat up old Hyundai for me. My car was probably the least valuable vehicle they'd worked on all day and they were very busy. But, they did that for me to help spiff it up a bit. I was thrilled. At one point, they put in a new headlight in for me and as I arrived home, I could see on the wall of the garage that the light was mis-focused and pointed up. I drove back to the service station to ask them to fix it. Despite the fact that they'd already closed (I was the last pick up for the day), they fixed it for me immediately - and with a smile. After bringing my car to the dealership for a "soft brake" issue, I was told that it was the design of the car that made the breaks that way. My gut told me otherwise and I brought the car to Soundview who discovered that I needed a new master cylinder. By the end of the day, my car drove like new and I have not had a problem since. The main office area is decorated with family pictures and lots of U.S. Military propaganda that clearly shows their appreciation for their country and those who serve it. Being the daughter of two Military personnel, I just love seeing things like that. Everyone that they have working either at the gas pumps or in the office is extremely pleasant and at the very least can deal with people. Try finding that in any old service station... Usually, I have more of an IQ in my pinkie toe than those behind the service desk at the dealership... I trust the people who own this business and their employees. They are very respectful of me and my property. I've had a wonderful experience with them and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a good service station.
