I typically leave reviews for exceptional service. But, terrible service is sometimes well deserving of a review as well. I don't know the "Boss" man's name but let's just call him Richard. It's very suiting for him. Richard has a bad attitude. I also don't like being lied too. My camper sat at Kiesenwether for a week. I get a call Thursday asking me if my lights even worked. I responded that they did, or I wouldn't have brought it there. So he says it must only be wired for my truck. Mind you, I just bought this camper, and hauled it with two different trucks. Lights worked with both. So he tells me he wants to see it hooked up to my truck. I came right there, hooked up my truck, turned on the lights, and went to get someone so they could see. Well, Richard and the boys were on lunch and don't anybody dare inconvenience him for something so simple. He told me in the most arrogant and cocky tone that "well I'm eating lunch right now so you'll have to wait." The tone alone rubbed me the wrong way and frankly, I wasn't waiting for the hand job to take his whole lunch break. I disconnected, and I left. Common sense would tell me to hook it up to one of your own trucks. But not everyone is gifted with common sense. Here we are on Wednesday, the following week, I decided I'm no longer waiting and I scheduled with a different shop (especially after getting terrible feedback on Richard himself from a handful of folks within the community and other local businesses) and I went to get my camper. I asked the kind woman at the desk, who unlike Richard, is personable and polite. You know, good customer service skills, (who Richard should take notes from!) if my camper was inspected (knowing it wasn't) and Richard comes around the corner giving me this line of BS that nothing they have works and that it must be my camper and it's only wired for my truck. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the lights, it just passed inspection and the guy had no issues at all. I'm convinced that not only is Richard rude, arrogant, and and liar, he's also lazy. Didn't like that I said that it might be the tool he's using that isn't working and he assured me that everything works perfectly fine (arrogantly which I wasn't surprised). Clearly they do not. Richard decided that he didn't like my attitude and told me to go elsewhere which is exactly why I was there in the first place so we did agree on one thing! I let him know that I didn't like his attitude from day one and he hollered that he was on lunch. I don't give a damn, don't call me over to hook my truck up and then try and have me wait around. HAND JOB. I like to give full details so he will remember EXACTLY who it is leaving this review. The lot is mostly full of their own equipment and it's very clear as to why there aren't many vehicles there. For those looking for a shop, wether you're broken down along the road or want a simple inspection, save yourself the headache and BS from Richard. Richard should also consider the fact that he doesn't know who he's talking to when he's acting like a complete hand job and that I myself, can have a mouth and trust me, I'll spread the word, although everybody seems to already know. But hey, best of luck to Richard and the gang, and God Bless that woman at the front desk who has to deal with him. Take your business elsewhere ladies and gents. read more
