Training is key to customer service and attention by management is necessary but as what typically happens when service suffers a manager becomes consumed by other aspects of operation, then failure occurs. This is a dangerous trap for operation that must be avoided. Sometimes so many problem areas occur but first priority should be focused on the front of the house where customer impressions and experience begin. Learn from mistakes but don't lose focus on where priorities begin. Bacon quality was fatty and lattes were almost 1/2 foam for a large cup. Best of luck to this team.
