I know that sounds ridiculous but some buttercreams are so firm and taste like I'm eating a stick of butter, this was well done. I definitely still recommend leaving the cake out of the fridge for at least 20 minutes prior to serving so it's not as firm. Not to mention it's beautifully decorated and blew my family away!
