Yummy coffee and delicious bagel sandwiches! I have tried several of their coffees here and you cannot go wrong. I am a fan of the Venetian Vanilla Crème latte. It tastes exactly what it sounds like creamy and vanilla. As for the bagels, I have tried the egg, cheese, and sausage on the Asiago bagel and also the everything bagel. Both delicious! I received rockstar service on my visit here. The location has lots of holiday decorations all around the building and throughout the drive thru. My food was fresh and tasty. I ordered for breakfast and lunch. I opted for the Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant and my lunch consisted of a chicken salad croissant. For my drink I chose a medium Cookie Butter Brûlée Breve. Everything tasted wonderful. Jasmine is an amazingly fast barista. Love this. The only negative thing I have to speak on and it's not so negative I guess just preference. I noticed a different worker there interact with a dog inside of a car in front of me. The barista at the window was very helpful in helping me to make a selection. She was patient and suggested a few varieties. I thought it was great service. I wish that I'd gotten her name. We finalized a small hazelnut latte with oat milk and whipped cream... not too sweet and not too bitter. It was just right for me! I really appreciated her help since it was my first time there and, kind of busy on a Sunday. A helpful, courteous and smiling crew makes all orders awesome! No matter where or what Ellianos Coffee location, they never let me down!! This was my first visit to the Northside Ellianos after my appointment at the VA Clinic and the service and beverage I ordered were stellar! Yes I'm healthy or I wouldn't be ordering a white chocolate mocha freezer with whipped cream on top! I made this one a diet version as I instructed the barista who took my order to leave off the drizzle!! Well, it's the best I could do anyway :D Speaking of anyways - I see that this is my 40th coffee shop review on Yelp!! Hoooraaaay!! I can't think of many places I'd rather create a milestone review at! I could make this review easy and just copy and paste my former reviews as this Ellianos is as terrific as the rest! But I WON'T do that! I will say that this Ellianos Coffee outlet is placed well in an area that is growing quickly and less than a half mile from the VA Clinic (this clinic is similar in size to a small hospital and has other small VA Clinics surrounding it). For now, it's great to see a shop in an area that's outside the city and pleasant in appearance. The exterior is very attractive in appearance and the grounds are very well-kept. From appearances, it's a place you WANT to visit if you love coffee! It was fairly busy on both side of the drive through during my visit. The wait gave me some to continue taking photos, but the sun blur wrecked a few of the pics. I'm still happy with what I posted here. The barista who placed my order was highly courteous, and the prep team got my order perfect. They seemed a little on the slower end in churning customers through but just be a little patient when you go in because some customers take a while to make up their minds! Like me sometimes! LOL Well, the freezer itself was outstanding! Yes, as always I couldn't put it down but had to or get into a wreck! The freezer had no small ice pieces in it - was fully blended, which is how I like it! I would say that I didn't taste the coffee as much as I usually do with Ellianos specialty beverages, but I see no need to score down for it - it was just a little sweeter than normal. Also, I will say that Ellianos Coffee uses the absolute best whipped cream topping by far than any other coffee shop I've ever experienced! I hope they never change it! It was a great visit! Didn't disappoint in any fashion and made the ride home even better! Recommend: VERY HIGH!! read more

First time I've ever seen a double drive-through coffee shop. Ellianos was my 1st stop on my road trip and I'm so happy we got to try them because the coffee is delicious! I got a Tuscany Toffee latte and also a banana pudding freezer latter they were really good strong coffee flavor but it didn't overwhelm the flavoring, it was perfect! I can't say enough great things about Ellianos. I love the coffee and enjoy the seasonal flavors. My personal favorite is the pecan pie flavor. Another menu item that I don't usually see on the menu is their caramel macchiato, and I love how they make it. I also love that they have plenty of alternative milk options. Terrible experience this morning at the Duval Station Road in Jacksonville Fl location. I Ordered a coconut mango drink for my 14 yr old daughter and received straight coconut water with a few dehydrated mangos added on top. Complete disappointment and undeniable not made correctly or to the standard I'm sure Elianos would like to represent. Paying almost 8 dollars (including tip) for this is unexceptable. I'm attaching a photo as well. I couldn't take it back as it was the morning rush and she had to be to school shortly after. This was suppose to be a fun little moment/treat for us as we don't get to have this time together often. Do the right thing or say your out of something or don't know how to make it before sending us with something so bad. read more

I usually have a great experience. I've been coming daily to the old kings location. Today was different. The person at the window, not sure if a girl or boy with dark hair and a a lot of facial piercings took my order. Right after giving my total I was asked if I wanted to tip $1 which I replied maybe tomorrow. I don't think employees should be asking for a tip before even making my drinks. I order 3 drinks, two hot and one cold. When I gave the two drinks to my coworkers they asked where the coffee was at. The two small hot coffees were barely half way and the rest was froth. Maybe it was an accident or was it because I didn't leave a tip? Mind you I have been coming here every day for a week and this is the first time the coffee cup was half empty and not half full. I paid $15 for my coffees to be half full. We serve several different flavors of coffee at our establishment but we like your coffee. read more

You still have to wait in the line which each time is about 15-20 min only to try my freezer and it be very watery. Horrible customer service. The music is always too loud inside, which may have been a contributing factor when it came to the lack of customer service I experienced. Ordered two grit bowls and was told it would take 10 minutes. I waited 20 mins only to be brought one bowl. The young lady that took my order repeated the order back to me yet, did not take responsibility for her mistake. She blatantly stated so that I could hear "It's not my fault!" Also, keep in mind when refunding a customers money, also refund them their tip that they so graciously gave because they expected a great experience. I was refunded my money minus my tip! read more
