Unfortunately after a few weeks of going in and learning that my chain was not ready, they texted me to say that they lost my chain but I could go in and choose another one. My heart was broken but Hannah was really patient and helpful in finding a similar chain and I chose (and paid) for a pendant to go along with it. A couple weeks later I moved to another city when I got a text that they found my chain, so drove the 4 hours round-trip to pick it up. They did a good job, were still friendly and waived the $25 mending fee. Things happen but customer service makes all the difference! I'm thrilled to have had a happy ending by being reunited with my gold chain.

First, they inspected my engagement ring, and shared with me the unfortunate news that it was broken. They told me that they could not touch it but instructed me how to get it fixed at the original place, of which I was incredibly grateful. Nothing they had in stock looked good with my engagement ring, but they ordered in a few styles for me to try, that we mutually picked out of a book. When those came in, I didn't love them either, but we ordered a few more to build for a custom piece. They turned out beautifully and I am over the moon happy with. I cannot wait to actually wear the band! I also had earrings custom made out of diamonds from a ring that belonged to my deceased father. They also turned out beautifully and I cannot wait to wear them at my wedding. They ladies who work their, their gemologist/goldsmith - all absolute delights and experts at their craft. One employee was on the phone the whole time roaming the store. She probably should've just went to the back of the house to take her phone call. Not sure if it was personal or business. The other two associates saw me standing in line waiting at the register, and proceeded to just let me stand there and wait and wait. they were with other customers however, if there is a line at a register, you need to address that - my transaction took all of three minutes. Either the manager should have paused her phone call or the other associates could have stepped away for three minutes. When you work with the public. You have to learn how to juggle different priorities and customer needs. This experience was 3 stars
