I made an appointment specifically to inquire about a treatment that I saw on their website. A week later, I go to my appointment. Hardly any wait which was great! But then I am greeted by the provider who has no idea why I am there, so I tell her my concerns, and she tells me there is no treatment for this. I bring up the treatment that I saw on the website and she has no idea about what I am referring to. I kid you not, I had to literally pull up their website and show her what I was asking about because she didn't know about it. She looks at my phone and tells me she doesnt know about it because the service wasnt being done in Tracy. So going there was a complete waste of time. I wish they had told me before I came in to save me a trip. The provider did call me later on after appointment to tell me that there is a branch over an hour away that could perform the service. So 1 star for follow up.
