I witnessed a client come in who claimed her appointment had been moved, although they had no record of the rescheduled appointment. My appointment started 10 minutes late, but my wax expert, Joslyn, did not cut my time short, and she spent my allotted time working to shape my brows. I was given a little brow care package when I finished with some lotions and washes. My skin took a little longer to get rid of the red from the wax, but it was never irritated or broken.
