The room is pretty cozy, clean and soothing. I left my wife in Nael's (the lady that gives the facial cleaning) able hands. I waited in their waiting area, which by the way is very spacious, and includes FREE coffee, water, etc. After about an hour or so my wife steps out with a huge grin. She seems very satisfied and I noticed right away a big difference, her skin is clearer and less blemished. My wife mentioned that Nael was gentle, patient and very good at what she does. The doctor made sure to find time for me to come in to the office to hear my concerns and make sure I felt confident in his approach, explained the tactics that he took to ensure my procedure was safely executed, and was able to rectify a tiny area where he felt he could safely perform a touch up. His approach is to ensure the work is done SAFELY at the forefront, and after I expressed how I was feeling, he wanted to guarantee patient satisfaction. It is rare to find a doctor who can blend the two together, and I appreciate how well this was handled. His staff is extremely professional, empathetic with anxious patients and were extremely helpful from my first appointment and with my second appointment. Co2 laser is an intimidating procedure. If you are interested in having it but feel hesitation due to how intense this type of laser is, then you are in good hands with this doctor.
