Sehee completely forgot about the shoot. I waited, called, and texted with no response, only for her to eventually call me back and casually say she had just woken up. When I asked what I should do, instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the situation, she asked to reschedule for the next day -- when it was supposed to rain, which is exactly why I carefully planned for today. At that point, I was already out time, money, and effort -- standing there fully ready with my freshly groomed dog -- for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, about an hour later she posted on Instagram that she was late to another photoshoot because she had partied too hard watching Coachella, but said it was "worth it." That is beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was careless, unprofessional, and honestly insulting as a paying client. I expect a full refund immediately. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here if reliability and basic professionalism matter to you.
