Wonderful Experience! Yesterday my husband and I took our kids to Twelfth Night Photography to take Christmas pictures! We actually booked our appointment that same day with no complication or hassle. Dominick (the photographer) and his assistant were so professional and very patient with our kids! I highly recommend this company. Dominick was my main photographer and Vicky was his assistant. I got married 3/28/2015 and it briefly snowed in the morning of my wedding day. Dominick used his artistic talent and took the most romantic pictures outside during the flurries. He was able to keep me relaxed and my pictures came out MAGNIFICENT! He was funny yet professional and it was a pleasure having him and his team be part of our special day. The packages offered were by far the most reasonable in the area (Garden City, New Hyde Park, Mineola). The package we chose was about $3900 and that included engagement shots, 1400 proofs (digital and hard copy), master album, 2 parent albums . We retained Twelfth Night to take pictures of our engagement party in July 2014. Dominic was our photographer and we only have positive things to say about our experience. 1- we received our pictures two days after the party. We only requested digital copies but still, that was quick turn around for about 800 fully edited pictures. 2- our pictures were exactly what we asked for, candid shots of our guests interacting with us and on the dance floor, big family pictures of our fifty plus family members and cute pictures of the two of us together. 3- he clearly knew what he was doing, especially when it came to coordinating our massive family pictures and dealing with guests who were being pushy. Dominic and team were so great to work with! We had Vicky and Randy as our photographers and they captured everything and everyone special to us! They were so easy to work with and did a great job keeping us on time and moving along. The pictures are beautiful...all 1,400 of them!! It's been quite some time since I've written a review but I had to praise Dominic, Randy and Sarah on amazing work on our wedding a few months ago (10.29.16). My husband and I planned a smaller wedding but still wanted to have a photographer to capture the day. I can honestly say that Dominic, Randy and Sarah's work nearly brought me to tears ( of joy!!) when I received the proofs. Their professionalism and experience photographing and editing come out in each and every photo. Dominic helped us every step of the way from meeting for consultations and planning out the big day. We even had a mini meeting with Randy prior so we could get to know him before the wedding! They took pictures whenever they felt inspired. We got a lot of Amazing shots! Dominic and Randy's ideas were different and they let us show our personalities as well as theirs. We received over 1000 pictures to look through. Tons of candid shots, party shots, family/ friend shots and dramatic shots. My husband and I both have dogs and they were able to get great shots with them also! To keep this longwinded review short, I can wholeheartedly recommend Twelfth Night Photography. Even though they shot countless weddings, they have an amazing ability to make each photograph personal to each couple. Twelfth night captured feelings and moods of both of us and our family. After interviewing 10 different photographers, me and my husband hired Dom for our wedding. He has the best wedding albums I had ever seen. I sat there and literally looked at 100 different wedding albums and was amazed at everyone of them. He is so talented and able to capture each moment perfectly. The quality was very good - these are people who are skilled photographers, photo editors and photo layout professionals. The downside is that they take their own time in getting things done and showed a lack of respect for our time, even after they put the wrong date on the album. I had the impression that they're used to highly deferential clientele. If you are of the view that the customer comes first, you might be disappointed. despite the artistry, which is why the two stars were deducted. read more

This photography service was beyond awful! The pictures taken at our wedding were mediocre. The problem really lies with how the studio handles business. We have now waited over two years for our wedding albums. We were initially told that the delay was due to Hurricane Sandy. While this is an acceptable excuse for a few months (mind you Hurricane Sandy happened in October of 2012 and we were married in August of 2013), it is now August of 2015 and we still have not received our albums. We were told that they were understaffed and behind because their old album company dropped them. The services I receive and paid a lot of money for, should not be compromised by the fact that they are understaffed. I really had high hopes for this company and read great reviews, but I would stay away. I hope the owner (who constantly makes excuses for his poor service) learns from this review. read more
