I called the store to inquire and they told me that they only accept same day orders before 3pm. When I explained that I placed my order at 2:30pm the sales clerk offerred no explanation or apologies. I was so disappointed with the service. Thankfully there are plenty of florists in this neighborhood so I have other florists with good service who I can support.

Check your flowers before you leave if picking up!…read more Placed an order 2 weeks ahead for a pickup. Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.

Came around to making this review. This occurred back in December…read more We all know, if a business says they cannot execute an idea, do not say you can do it and utterly disappoint the customer. My brother-in-law had preordered flowers (for specific flowers, my sisters favorite) 3-4 weeks in advance, he spoke to who I believe is Micki and he payed in advance and Micki confidently said he can execute the ideal. On the day of my sister anniversary which happens to be Christmas eve, I go to pick up the flowers, and omg the flower arrange looks NOTHING like the photo. NOTHING. I was shocked, I was so confused, and Micki goes we ran out of flowers, and then talks to to his coworkers oh yeah he order in advance but making a bunch of excuses, trying to act as if these flowers look similar to the photo... to get me to buy them but it did not and I wasn't having it. It's a flower shop... and we ordered specific flowers in advance? How do you run out? It was so unprofessional. Why I'm making this review? Because if you lie and make unfilled promises it can really impacted someone's plans, especially on someone's wedding anniversary, when we gave you enough time to execute. We last minute chose a bunch of other flowers. Super dissatisfied and disappointed when looking back. Safe to say never coming back especially when this place is highly rated and far out of the way for me.
