The washers were $4, speed washers $5, and dryers were .25/5 min. There was one hiccup while I was there. I used their change machine to get quarters, and did not get all the quarters back owed me. I called the number posted on the door for problems, and the guy said he would send someone out there. He got there within 15 minutes!! He verified the problem, and gave me the quarters owed me. Also, as a single woman I felt safe there bc there were security cameras onboard, and a decent amount of traffic outside the laundromat. Another benefit was that if I had gotten hungry, there were 2 eateries in the mall that the laundromat was located. I highly recommend this laundromat!!

It's filthy, first of all. Trash & cigarette butts all over the floor inside. The machines (the ones to at aren't out of order because at least half of them don't even work) are rusted & covered in grime. There's towels wadded up on the floor because the machines leak. Even if the machines don't have an out of order sign, don't count on them to work. Got all my laundry loaded into a washer only to find out the door was broken & wouldn't close. Had to move everything, now soaked with detergent, into a different washer. That second washer totally skipped the spin cycle at the end & left my clothes absolutely soaked when it was time to dry. Vending machines are also out of order. The kids toy machines are empty but you won't find that out until your kid puts money inside & ends up with no toy. I had to separate my laundry into 4 separate tiny washers because of how many don't work, specifically the big ones. Guess how much that cost? $20.50 to wash what should've been 3 loads of clothes in a standard sized washer. That cost was just washing, drying cost me even more. Save yourself the headache & drive a little farther to do lau if you have to.

I've been promised on 3 separate occasions that an owner would contact me. That hasn't happened either. I'm given a different excuse EVERY time. Most recently, I was told the whereabouts of the blanket are unknown. I'm not a litigious person. But now, it's the principle of it. GIVE ME MY PROPERTY BACK! It has emotional value. Today was the worst experience. Came in to do laundry and the cleaning lady hovered over me, asking me if it was pet stuff. I told her no it was blankets and moved on to the next load, also blankets. I recently deep cleaned my home and decided to donate blankets I found but wanted to clean them first. By the time I came back to start my personal laundry, clothes, sheets, towls, etc she was waiting for me to take the blankets out again telling me no pet stuff I reiterated it was blankets and continued. She brought me over and showed me the washer as if I would see something there..... telling me no pet stuff. I grabbed the rest of my blankets and left. Came back to get the rest of my laundry she was again waiting for me. I told her I was there for my laundry and I'd leave and not come back. She demanded to watch me pull out my personal laundry claiming that it was pet stuff, did the same thing with my sheets and personal blankets. She iterated again no pets. I commented back no blankets got it, she continued to berate me as I walked out. Multiple other customers asked me if I was ok, that she was being excessively rude to me. I will never come back to this laundromat ever again. In my opinion she needs to be fired.
