The worst experience I have had, I do not recommend farmers at all. A few months ago I was looking for a good insurance for my company "Nancy's Maid Services" and apparently farmers had good reviews and is a "respectable national company" for liability insurance But the company is the worst, just when I try to make a claim, They said my insurance was canceled! and without any prior notice! That they are in investigation that because they had seen that in my website i mentioned a service and that they did not cover that type of works. I understand it, but why cancel without first notifying? They could have warned me that they will not cover me if I did that kind of work and the worst thing is that it was a misunderstanding because I do not do those kinds of services that they believed, even farmers' workers understood that it was their mistake. And even knowing that it was their mistake (because they accepted it) they are refusing to cover (The claim I made is only of a carpet that was stained and that is within what farmers should cover) It should be noted that I had my payment in automatic and even though they canceled without any warning, I got a notification one week later! It's been almost a month since they told me that "they are in investigation" and now they do not answer my calls. They accepted that was farmers mistake and still do not intend to do anything. If you are thinking of opting farmers insurance, think about it well, in my experience they were very unprofessional. read more

What can i say about Farmers Insurance and (Dan) Kitajima Agency besides EXCELLENT SERVICES !! We have been with (Dan) Kitajima Agency for a few years now, my husband was in an accident last month at the fault of the other party they admitted fault my husband called in and spoke to Claudia he was amazed with the fast service he received because he received a call the same day from the Claims Dept. he spoke to the Adjuster my husband stated that his BMW is a total loss you see my husband is a BMW Master Technician so he knew it was a loss. The Adjuster came to see the vehicle and it was verified it was a loss, though the claim was going to be filed with the other party the Adjuster stated we'll have your claim in our file just in case that State Farm doesn't fall through with the claim. My husband was happy with his conversation with the Adjuster. This Farmers agency has really helped me with my auto insurance by making everything really easy for me. I had no idea about the coverage options so I was pleasantly surprised when Adilene from this office explained all my options in detail right over the phone. I was too busy to stop by the office so she kindly offered to explain how coverages work and stuff. I was impressed because she really knows what she is doing unlike some brokers I've dealt with. When my wife purchased another vehicle Adilene helped me add it on to my policy and the rate difference was not much at all, I guess thanks to the "multi-car" discount.Its good to know I have an insurance expert I can ask questions to anytime. After being with Allstate for over 7 years they decided to increase my auto insurance rate over 70%, after randomly finding Brenda Gomez on OfferUp I decided to give them a try, and it's been a pleasure working with her! She made everything so easy for me to make the switch and I went from paying $210 a month with Allstate to same coverage with Farmers for $159 a month I appreciate Brenda's extra hours that she put while she was helping me, working with me until 10pm at night due to my work schedule I am forever grateful. I've been insured for over two years with this company and they are great. I got a DUI and when I was shopping around everyone was trying to charge me over $200 a month. Luckily I found this office and I only pay $132 for full coverage and SR-22. This year is my last year with the SR-22 so I'm looking forward to a lower payment. Also, they were able to help me when my car got hit by an uninsured vehicle. They checked my car out and sent me a check to get it fixed. They were really fast and helpful. read more
