I have been with this Branch for a few years now didn't have any issues until I got earthquake policy with them I was given misinformation about the policy and when I called back to get it rectified I was told I would get a call back by an employee same day I did not I call back a few days later and I talked to the person who set up the policy I was told by her that I would get a call back after I explained the situation and she said she would talk to her billing department but I still didn't receive one I left several messages and it has been over a week now and I still have not received the call back I suspect that I'm not giving a call back because they are very well aware that they made a mistake and they don't want to own up to it I will not deal with an office that does not take care of its customers after given misinformation and not even giving the callbacks that they promised and it's been over a month and a half since the initial call I am not a complainer but this is definitely not how you handle customer service read more

Provided us such horrible service. Last year in August, we sold one of our cars, so of course, we had to call the insurance to cancel it. They said they'll get it done and that we need to send a pic of the bill of sale. They provided us the phone number we had to send it to. We sent it and nothing happened. We called again and again and again. Agents Blanca and Jasmine were the ones we contacted. They kept saying they'll get it done but it never was. It was as if they were stalling just to keep getting money out of us. Even some calls were ignored. Until June of this year, the car was barely out of the insurance. When it was removed, the price barely changed. $20 dollar difference. We called one last time to figure out why it took over a year to cancel the car and why the price was barely changed. The price was way too much for one car. They asked for the bill of sale AGAIN. We sent them 2 pics. One of the bill, and a screenshot of the messages we sent them with the dates. The agent said," Why were you sending the pictures in that number? That is our office number." Well, because that's the number you told us to message it to lady. So we asked if we could get credit for all those payments the last year through email this time. No response.... It's been almost a month now. This is so ridiculous. Because of this, I'm switching insurances. I'm a be on them still for the credit. They don't deserve any stars. I don't know how they have a perfect 5 star rating. read more

I have had my insurance through this branch of farmers for going on three years. I was recently interested in bundling my auto and renters insurance and that's when I met Esbeidy Santos. I've never had any insurance agent that was such a pleasure to deal with and made me feel like her number one priority. We had a few issues getting the policy binded because of a previous claim that was showing on my history but Esbeidy stayed persistent and helped me through the whole process.
