Not every home project should be a DIY--and we definitely learned that the hard way! After…read moreaccidentally damaging the granite around our sink cutout trying to install a more updated sink, we reached out to KBT Marble & Granite for help. They responded incredibly quickly and provided an unbeatable quote. Ercan came out the very next day, repaired our DIY mishap, and got our kitchen back up and running in no time. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Ercan took the time to explain the repair process in detail, answered all of my questions, and even shared great ideas for future projects. It was also wonderful to see what a family-oriented business they are--his daughter was there helping, and together they made a fantastic team. If you're looking for skilled craftsmanship, fair pricing, fast service, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I can't recommend KBT Marble & Granite enough. We'll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

We contacted the KBT, and Ercan Karabulut got back in touch with us almost immediately. He was able to find the exact matching granite, even though our bookcases had been installed over 25 years ago. He came out within 24 hours and installed the granite like a true craftsman. Ercan has great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about all types of stone. His installation was perfect. I very highly recommend Ercan and his company.

I was concerned about some of the dimensions when the drawing came back and emailed to ask about them. Nicole responded almost instantly and had the drafter check his drawing. He didn't have any concerns, so JJ came back out and measured with me with a tape measure. I'd misunderstood some details of the drawing, but JJ wasn't impatient or angry. He insisted that it was much better to double check if I had a concern. The installation team came out a week later with our BEAUTIFUL Brazilian soapstone countertops. They encountered a problem, though. Our cabinets weren't level. At all. They attempted to shim the countertops, but the gap was going to be too big. JJ came out and looked it over and offered to take the countertops back to the shop or store them at my house while we leveled the cabinets. I called him the next day to tell him that the cabinets were level now and they came out on a Saturday and installed the countertops. Even with us being kind of a problem customer (not rude, just had installation issues), the entire team was kind and accommodating. At first I thought JJ was the measurement guy. He was unassuming, kind to explain, and patient. Turns out he owns the company! Talk about setting an example.

The drain plumbing was detached from the countertops when they removed the old counter, so they must have stepped on it or otherwise hit it. They did not tell me that they broke the pipe while they were here and I am now having to pay my plumber 2.5 times the amount I should have had to pay to get the plumbing back in order.
