I understand we were ordering only two pendant lights for our island and perhaps that was small potatoes for him, but we had intention of buying more later. We tried to help the local shop and it seem he has no interest in getting back to me. I would not recommend this business.

Their rep delayed until Tuesday 14 August, again delayed until Wednesday 15 August, and yet again until Thursday 16 August. And yes, their rep again ducked the meeting. They failed to show up. Why they not own up to their mistakes? We will not go away. Do they really want us to have to resort to further action to resolve this?

We communicated several times and got scheduled for 04/27/2022 they called to the day before to confirm and promptly showed up at 8:00 AM. It took about 3 hours and the driveway looks great. Can't wait to park on it was advised have to keep vehicles off the driveway until Friday 04/29/2022. So happy to be done with my gravel driveway!

Turns out we have some really odd connections... nice connections... but the kind where you are like, wow, maybe this was supposed to be. Jennifer was VERY prompt and called me the next day to say she was in the area if I wanted her to stop by and measure the driveway. I saw where someone said they got a military discount. I didn't know about the military discount, my whole family including me are military, but it wasn't mentioned. However, because we were flexible enough to work around their schedule and when there were in the neighborhood, she said they could give us a discount. It did take a couple of weeks to get it scheduled b/c I had to find financing and then I really needed that price break, so I was trying to work with their schedule. But Jennifer was great and kept in touch checking on me throughout the following weeks for when I was able to secure the funds. To sum it up, Driveways is a family owned and operated company with Jennifer, her dad, and her brother all there on the day they laid the driveway. They were VERY fast, very efficient, and worked to get everything done in an hour and a half. It was fun to watch them work! I would recommend them to family and friends.

The worker who did the work had an attitude from the start. The sub contractors they sent did not do what Fletcher had proposed and then wanted more money. They made us sign a Change Order to cover work that was already supposed to be covered (Replacing Subfloor) Then charged us $160 each for four sheets of floor underlayment. (Less than $50 sheet at Lowes) Water overflowed and damaged kitchen ceiling (another sub to fix) Installed Medicine cabinet that would not open due to hitting sink faucet. Construction debris sat in driveway for 3 weeks. Dismal Project Management, awful communication, HIGH Price. Dont use Fletcher !
