Don't waste your money on upgraded paint, Haddix tells his painters to only apply one coat and the paint is WATERED down we have the proof but Haddix refused to acknowledge. Back patio sunk as well as porch roof fell 2 inches because they do not put piers under the columns that hold the roof up we had to hire a professional to fix it ourselves because they would not take responsibility. Doorways not installed correctly, plumbing issues the list goes on. Paul Haddix showed up late to our closing looking disheveled, refused to look at us then refused to sign the 60 item punch list, claimed he had never seen it before? This company is horrible, Kentucky deserves better!!

Our 1937 cast iron drain pipe from the bathtub leaked (into the kitchen ceiling below) and we knew we had to completely demolish the interior of our small 5 foot by 8 foot bathroom in order to replace the bad pipe. Anderson & Rodgers helped us with our plans to modernize our bathroom and went to work. ALL of the workers who worked on our project were polite, considerate, respectful, tidy, professional and they knew what they were doing! We cannot overemphasize our complete satisfaction with all of the work done on our bathroom! And if we had any questions about our renovation, all we had to do was text the project supervisor and he texted back immediately within the hour! Just amazing! He was swerving all over the place, ran a red light, and then turned right on another red without looking and someone else had to slam on their brakes.
