Based on the photo on line of the small rug NOVOGRATZ BY JEMI STELLA-HANDWOVEN, FLATWEAVE RUG, I placed an order for this item. The picture shows a blue field with yellow pattern. I had to pay for shipping since the order did not qualify for free shipping, and I was fine doing that. When I got the rug, it was so poorly made that the blue threads were at half strength, they equaled about 10 stitches per inch, (when it should have been 100 stitches per inch) meaning the ugly white backing showed thru on the face of the rug, making it appear blue and white polka dot. I called to let them know the rug was defective and was not woven to a standard that the average person would accept. The unhelpful person in customer service told me "it was a case of buyer's remorse, or my just not liking what I ordered." I could not get the obtuse woman to understand there is a HUGE difference between defective and buyer's remorse. She said the charge for BBB to prepare a label for return would be $25.00, maybe it was the language barrier (so common with these low rate companies) or the woman named SIB was just playing dumb. Needless, to say, I paid $10.25 to usps to return the garbage and then had to fight with them to get my refund. They had the rug for more than a week and did not refund any amount until I called again to complain. Then they only refunded the price of the rug and not the original shipping cost. I had to dispute it with my cc company to get the original shipping cost back for the defective item. BE WARE BED BATH AND BEYOND WILL CHEAT YOU, WILL SHIP INFERIOR LOW QUALITY, DEFECTIVE GARBAGE AND MAKE YOU PAY TO RETURN IT. DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT WITH BBB, THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE IN BANKRUPTCY. THEY HAVE NO SCRUPLES AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE US.

I picked out a nice plastic cake container, one of those big round cake boxes. This store had 4 of them in stock on the shelves, and ALL FOUR were broken. One had a completely cracked lid, others had the plastic clips broken off. I decided to buy a cookbook holder instead. I couldn't find one that was in a brand-new looking box. All the boxes were dented, had old price tags on them as if the item had been returned, etc. I opened the box to make sure the book holder wasn't broken, and bought the best looking one I could find. I'm not sure I'd come back here to buy a gift again.

I think it was well worth it since I probably will never see the flavors of Coke or Pepsi that they have in other countries, unless they decide to release them in the U.S. Few issues I found (which I find in a lot of stores) are half drunk beverage cups with straws just left on shelves, items that are in the wrong aisle, and price labels not under the right product. I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store? I think it would be a good idea. But since this store had what I was looking for and new things, I will not review too harshly.

The store was well organized with the exception of the clearance area which to be honest is like that no matter where you go. The employees are friendly and helpful whether it be this location or the campus location (which is closest to our house). There was definitely a good selection of produce and it looked fresh. Every lane I went down was either stocked or being restocked in a couple of areas. There's ample parking and I could have parked closer to the entrance but chose not to. I'd rather let someone who needs to be closer to the entrance of the store have a spot to park in. I went through self check out and didn't have to wait in line.

I ended up with some pine scent room spray as well again cheaper then other places for the same brand. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful.
